Coping Skill for our Trauma andTriggers

Each and everyone of us suffer the impacts of trauma in some way, shape or form. The primary purpose of this workshop is to share immediate soothing techniques and strategies in dealing with our traumas. This session is interactive and participatory, it’s designed to provide examples of how one can work through triggers and traumas when feeling anxiety, depression or panic arise. During this time, we will share simple coping skills, ideas and methods that can be used to create an immediate sense of calming. By sharing stories and experiences you will leave with a series of effective approaches and practices that can be placed in you very own bundle. In turn, these techniques can be shared with loved ones of all ages. By sharing and educating our selves and others from destruction that traumas can create. Trauma does not have to be a life sentence!
