Life can be heavy. The demands of work, parenting, financial pressure, and even the echoes of

past experiences can leave us feeling disconnected, depleted, and out of rhythm with ourselves.

This workshop is a space to lay those burdens down. 

Energy Balance, and Breath offers a chance to restore your energy and renew your spirit.

Together we’ll explore how intention, breath, awareness, and gentle movement can bring

balance back into the body and reconnect you with your natural vitality.

Along the way, we’ll touch on how stress and energy are held in the body, simple practices to

calm the nervous system, accessible movements that awaken flow and practices that root you

in the here and now, opening the way for balance, clarity, and renewal.
